Join us for a practical and playful weekend designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore alignment, and move with more ease. Perfect for movement professionals, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone wanting more freedom, balance, and strength in their body.
Saturday (10 AM – 3 PM, with a lunch break)
Upper body alignment
Discover how to unlock mobility through your shoulders, arms, and upper spine. Learn posture-correcting techniques, breathwork for better movement, and stretching tools that improve flexibility and balance. This session will help you release upper body tension, strengthen support muscles, and understand how your breath influences posture.
Lower body alignment
Your hips and feet are your foundation. In this session, you’ll explore how to improve hip and foot function, reduce tightness and discomfort in your lower body, and create a stronger, more stable base for movement. You’ll walk away with simple, practical exercises to support pain-free, powerful movement for life and performance.
Sunday (11 AM – 1 PM)
Foot function and playtime
Reconnect with the natural strength and intelligence of your feet. This session blends education, movement games, and balance exercises to help you restore mobility, awareness, and coordination from the ground up. You’ll learn how your feet influence your posture, performance, and even your energy. It’s light-hearted, interactive, and full of fun discoveries.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll deepen your understanding of how your body moves as a whole, learning tools you can use daily or share with your clients. Each session blends education, movement, and mindfulness in a supportive and empowering environment.
