I am the founder of Valery Alignment.
My work began through manual therapy, studying alongside osteopaths, physiotherapists and fascial practitioners.
Over time, my work expanded into biomechanics, trauma-informed practice, energetic therapy, somatic processing and mentoring practitioners who are here to create meaningful impact.
